Cosy apartment with everything you need. Good location near the train station and Koreatown. Pool area is lovely.
The steam room was out of order and one of the main reasons I booked this place. I wasn’t given any forewarning. Also bed was rather hard.

Great apartment in a good location near a tram stop. The pool and hot tubs were lovely and the staff very helpful.
Needs a bedside table and light both sides of the bed, putting things on a chair was not ideal. Also needs some drawers we lived out of our cases as nowhere other than hangers for clothes.

The external hot tubs were great after a long day of walking in the city. Multiple bathrooms on the floor also made it very easy when the pool was busy. The rooms are small but very functional. The washing machine and dryer in the room was a great addition.
The customer service we received was almost non existent. During the check in process there was no friendliness to it. "I need your ID" no welcome to the hotel, or thanks for choosing Aspire or enjoy your stay with us. Not even a smile, instead a resting b**ch face. Check out was slightly better however based on customer service alone I wouldn't come back.
