My recent 2 week stay at Avani Melbourne Jazz Corner Residences honestly couldn’t be faulted. The location, convenience and affordability are unmatched, especially for longer work trips.
The serviced apartments are comfortable, practical and well maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. What really stood out though was the team. Every staff member was friendly, accommodating and always happy to help with anything needed throughout my stay.
This will absolutely be my go-to accommodation for future work trips to Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Great quiet location on the North west corner of Melbourne city. Easy to walk or tram around. The Hotel was clean and adequately appointed but the staff made it a great stay - helping with directions and suggestions.
