The location, close to the central station. The breakfast too cause it was included and had variety of choices
The room was very humid, so it was difficult to sleep

The staff is very friendly, the facilities are all very clean (specially the bathrooms) and the included breakfast is great! Also, the location is excellent. I've here twice and highly recommend it.
I think the kitchen sinks could be a little bit cleaner. But overall, I've got no complaints.
