Good location right near southern cross, friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Good price for the room would stay again

Value for money. Really good the rooms were clean and comfortable nice shower facilities. Hallways are a bit dreary. While not in the heart of the CBD it was super easy to get around, with SC Station and trams nearby. Catch 96 tram to St Kilda. And Tram from Bourke street to centre of city. Good Korean and Indian restaurants Pizza at La cucina is amazing.
Best Ban Mi's at Le’s Vietnamese Street Food.
Watch out for the rowdy crowd in next door building. The hotel seems to have 24/7 concierge which is great.

The smell of the bed or pillow seems like didnt change the sheet or the mattress stinks
