Location was good, a quiet neighbourhood in North Melbourne with accessible tram stops and a really lovely cafe just around the corner. The owner of the place is a top gentleman, very good to talk to.
The bed was very uncomfortable, there was no water kettle in the room, the remotes (TV and A/C) where either damaged or not working at all.
