Spacious apartment in a nice neighbourhood

Spacious rooms, modern fittings and appliances, quiet, amazing shower head.

Bed was a little hard, but it was ok.

Location quiet

Carpark ridiculously small , room needed a deep clean , bathroom basin blocked , dirty and dusty outside , broken door latch on sliding door , reception not inviting uncomfortable sofa , wardrobe stuff messy , ironing board needs padding

A disappointing stay - the location was the only good thing about it.

The location was ideal, just four blocks away from our business venue and close to restaurants for dinner.

The 2 bedroom apartment has a very tired and bland look - the overhead kitchen bench lights didn't work, there were no bedside lamps in the second bedroom just led lighting which is quite harsh. Main bed was uncomfortable i.e. quite hard. The toilet paper at best was public toilet quality. The trip down into the car park was quite hair raising, with little room for a larger car. We won't be staying again.

Good location, poor cleanliness, helpful staff.

The location was great, good access to public transport.

The cleanliness. The shower had mould, the rooms weren't vacuumed properly before we arrived (there was food next to our bed in the main bedroom, there was also some sort of a tablet/capsule on the ground). The sheets weren't properly cleaned(see photo). The window in the second bedroom didn't lock- safety concern being close to the footpath/road. We didn't feel safe leaving our son in that room.

We arrived late after reception hours but the check in and parking instruction was clear and simple made things easy smooth and fast. The location is perfect, and the reception staff is friendly and helpful with our visiting the second day. The whole experience made our stay very beautiful definitely recommend. Thanks

Overall a clean and spacious apartment.

Friendly reception staff happy to check me in after hours, large bedroom and good bed, very clean, big kitchen space.

Apartment was very cold upon arrival at nearly 7pm, appreciate it was nearly winter but heat pump took forever to warm it up. It was nice and warm once it did heat up.

given the price and what was around in the area the property was unfortunately not great. staff were great however the photos compared to what we got was completely different. old couch full of duct tape, bedroom had 2 beds put together uncomfortable, old apartment

Really good location, clean and friendly staff :)

Really loved our apartment. Was really close to the markets and the city and was very clean.

Needed a extra fan for the bedrooms was very hot at night.

Housekeeping needs to be improved

Good location, close to some cafes, restaurants, IGA, and Queen Victoria markets. The building is quite secure with 2-3 different points of access requiring the room key.

very dusty, not clean, food leftover in the kitchen cupboards from previous guests with bugs flying in it, expired milk left in the fridge, there were food crumbs on the couch from previous guests, the bathroom tap sink was loose. The bin had fruit flies before we even used it. Overall an uncomfortable stay

Apartment is tired, food and dirt on and down the side of the couch. Blinds are broken and dont work properly. No soap to wash your hands.

Great Location! not the best cleanliness wise

The location was amazing!! close to hospital vic markets and lygon street :)

the room was actually pretty dirty mould growing in the bathroom vent spider webs dusty skirtings and walls in bathroom shower also a bit gross.

Good

The staff moved us to another room when the first room was still dirty and had not been cleaned when we entered it. The location is great- close to good restaurants and public transport.

When we arrived ( in the evening) we entered the room and it had not been serviced at all - dirty, beds unmade, rubbish still around. We had to go back and report this and then be allocated another room that had been cleaned. The car park is very difficult to manoeuvre in and there are not always enough places available for all guests with cars.

unnecessary sofas for the number of people making it a cramped space. bed was really uncomfortable and springs felt.
