- noise (you could hear people walking and talking in the corridors and someone walking around in high heels in the room above at all hours)
- thin blankets, it's gotten pretty cold at night if you wanted to sleep without the heating blasting

The staff were nice
We had to bring up heavy bags from the basement as that was where our car was parked. They should put a lift in as it would make it easier on everyone. The beds in the room weren’t stable and kept moving around. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the hairdryer was half broken.
