Staff were absolutely lovely and so kind and genuine! It was a great place to stay so close to Melbourne central!
A lot of broken things in the room like light switches falling off and cracked tiles. TV chrome cast had extremely delayed sound, and under the bed was full of rubbish and mess from previous visitors.

Property is very clean and rooms are beautiful
Having to call for ammenities to be delivered, feels like a high end hotel but not having ammenities and simple things like robes not in your room is odd.
Mix up with breakfast was really uncomfortable we pre booked it twice cos it got missed the first time to attending breakfast and been told you haven’t pre booked and have to pay full price . Also had to alert staff because ham had gone off at buffet, put me right off breakfast after that bite
