The location and one room with three separate beds
Hotel was very outdated - pictures do not represent the current status of the rooms. Dirty floor.

Proximity to the city, comfortable hot shower, good water pressure
Couldn't turn down the air conditioner, couldn't open the windows for fresh air, people not staying at the hotel were allowed to use the rest room in the gym which created a really bad smell,
