Overall was nice but a lack of cooking and utensils within the apartment was poor for the price

Nice looking place, what was there was quality. Staff were friendly and the 24hr staff service is great and the staff handling the late hours service were great.

Lack of cooking facilities inside the apartment, i've had better at cheaper places. Only a microwave is pretty poor for the standard of the hotel; would've liked to see more options and a lack of plates or utensils was shocking meaning it was basically impossible to make any food in the apartment. Tv also broke and was unresponsive with the remove in the first few hours.

Tolles Hotel in Spitzenlage.

Schneller Checkin und nettes Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist spitzenmäßig und man kommt überall in der Stadt schnell hin. Abgesehen davon sind die Zimmer gut schallisoliert und man hört kaum was vom Straßenlärm

Very friendly staff.

There was no breakfast available however, plenty of cafes open for breakfast nearby.

No Bathroom facilities near reception ...especially when waiting for transport etc.

It was a clean simple room... There was restaurants near by. Carpark Willson affiliated with the hotel so parking fee was cheep for the 2 days ...that was amazing....staff was nice ..

I was on floor 6 room 668 and i was very impressed with how i was supplied with slippers and a bath robe. the bed was very comfortable and the room was very neat and tidy.

I was on floor 6 room 668 and the only issue i had was the shower head needed to be cleaned as water was spraying in every direction otherwise i was super impressed with everything about this hotel

4 star hotel, 3 star experience

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of the Collins Street precinct - lots of shops and easy access to transport. The facility offered the option to hold your luggage prior to check in and upon check out, which was very convenient. The hotel room itself was quiet and private and housekeeping was provided daily - it was nice to return back to the room to a made bed and fresh towels.

A few things were a big let down during our trip. The hotel restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay, which was fine as there are lots of alternatives around. The staff gave us discount vouchers to use in the restaurants in the laneway near by, but failed to mention they were all closed during the weekend, so the vouchers were of no use. We had issues with our keycards throughout our stay, leading to issues getting in the lift and getting into our room. We had to have some of them replaced during our stay. The shower head in the bathroom was also broken, which meant the water spurted out of the sides, leading the water pressure to be quite poor. We also had issues with the door in our bathroom. At first, we thought it was the lock - so we opted to not lock it throughout our stay, not really ideal when there are 3 people in the room. Turns out that the issue was actually with the door handle and one of our guests became stuck in the bathroom on the last morning of our stay. The staff had to call for a locksmith and they were in there for some time. Thankfully they were able to contact us, but I can’t imagine it would have been safe if you were staying alone. Overall, the hotel was quite old and a bit tired. Could really do with some sprucing up and regular maintenance.

the room was quiet and in a great location, very easy access to public transportation. very affordable and clean. comfy bed. stay was nice

room was smaller than expected and my room looked into someone dilapidated balcony, kind of an eye soar, but that’s ok when you consider how affordable it is.
