The room was spacious and comfortable for my family. However, my mother felt that the bed was a little too firm and hard. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
The WhatsApp support could be improved. The staff came across as unfriendly and overly scripted, with very little empathy. We both made mistakes—I replied after two days, but the staff handling WhatsApp also did not respond to my follow-up. When I contacted them again by phone to ask about my stay, I was told that my question had already been answered, but I never received any reply. That was disappointing and left me feeling unhappy.
On the positive side, the front desk staff was excellent. He was very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service.
One thing that bothered me was being accused of bringing extra people into the room based on a CCTV screenshot. Since you have access to the CCTV system, it would have been better to investigate the full footage before making an accusation. I was completely transparent throughout my stay, so the approach felt unfair and a little rude.

Budget friendly, very clean
Bed was Hard as a rock, considered staying an extra night but instead moved around the corner to another place as bed to uncomfortable which meant minimal sleep.
