The hotel is conveniently located in the Serusop area, close to Hua Ho Supermarket and many restaurants and cafés. You can find almost everything you need nearby, including detergent, daily necessities, other supplies, and sporting goods.
There are many dining options in the area, including WYWY Restaurant, Raziqin Restaurant, Love Spatula, and several other restaurants and cafés. It is a great area for enjoying a variety of local foods, including roti, nasi goreng, ambuyat, kolo mee, satay, and many other dishes. There are also bakeries nearby, such as Mum Bakery & Cake House, Bake Culture, and LoF Bakery.
Another advantage is that there are two 24-hour coin-operated laundromats nearby, which is very convenient for longer stays. The stadium and Airport Mall are both about a 20-minute walk away. The airport is also relatively close, though it takes about 20 minutes to walk there.
The hotel provided bottled water and toilet paper throughout my stay, which I appreciated. The staff members were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for travelers who want easy access to restaurants, shops, laundry facilities, local food, and other daily necessities.
One area for improvement would be the addition of a small portable or foldable desk in the room. I wanted to do some work during my stay, but there was no desk large enough to use comfortably with a laptop and other materials. A wall-mounted fold-down desk could be a practical option, as it would provide a workspace for guests without taking up too much room.

My room was perfectly workable, safe and clean, so it did it the job. I guess for Brunei this is an acceptable budget option.
I booked this mainly to get to the airport very early in the morning, and thought it was in walking distance. It was not. That's on me not doing my research thoroughly and just relying on a glance on the map. Mentioning it regardless.
