The staff were lovely and very helpful - I arrived with a bag full of washing and I had clean clothes the next morning.
The breakfast was huge and very tasty!
The pool was a welcome plus.
The quilt was very heavy - definitely not necessary in the summer; a top sheet would have been better.

I’ll start with the staff— wonderfully kind the entire time I was there! They were joyful and caring to make sure at all times that I was satisfied with my stay. The facilities were very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious! They helped arrange transportation for me numerous times. It’s located on the West Bank and if you want to get to the east it’s a short and cheap Tuk Tuk ride to the ferry port (also cheap). The water was hot and the room service daily was nice. It’s located right by the Nike and in a very peaceful neighborhood! If I’m able to return I will certainly stay again— thank you, Saeed and your staff!!

Breakfast was good. The pool and outside/restaurant area was very nice and well kept. You could see the Nile, albeit from far away. Staff was nice but it felt like they wanted to offer more services in order to charge more. Even though this is a recurring issue for tourists in Egypt, I was a bit disapointed that the hotel had this vibe as well.
Hotel is in a sort of rural area so it's not comfortable to walk to places. The hotel taxi was not cheap at all and there weren't that much many other options since Uber drivers did not accept the ride to the hotel. Room was outdated and a bit musty.
