Nice apartment with private terrace and incredible views that overlook the Bay of Kotor. It is set up a few flights of stairs from Perast’s promenade, so is quite peaceful and relaxing.
We did not have a car, but it comes with a parking spot just by the road above.
As others have mentioned, the have an adorable dog (Donna) who was very friendly!
The apartment was good but Perast has changed since our last visit 15 years ago. It’s still a beautiful spot, but use to be peaceful and now has opened itself up much more for tourism. The result is a bunch of annoying Instagrammers and inflated prices. This apartment price is completely appropriate for today’s Perast, but expensive for what you get.

Private dedicated parking was super helpful to have along with a cute outdoor seating area with a view and AC that worked great 👍 Miki was a helpful host. Would stay again!

The view from the balcony was amasing. It was quiet and very clean. The hosts are lovely. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. My case didn’t arrive at the airport and the host called the delivery driver for us to have it returned. We were very grateful.
We arrived by boat which was beautiful but it was very difficult climbing all the stairs up to the property carrying luggage.

The view was amazing
It wasn’t made clear by owners or booking.com that we had to pay cash which was a bit of an inconvenience . The apartment is on top of the owners place, they must look after their grandchildren so there was a lot of yelling at the kids, the kids crying, they were smoking all the time and we kept getting the smoke, being from Australia, we’re not used to that, second hand smoke is an instant headache for us. But it did make it difficult to sit on the balcony, enjoy the view with the yelling at kids, kids crying and the smoke. I understand kids cry….but we wanted some nice enjoyable time…. THE VIEW HOWEVER IS GREAT AS IS THE FREE PARKING SPOT! And we did get a bottle of Rose wine as a welcome drink.
