Très belle chambre, propre, confortable . Très bon petits déjeuners pour 10€ en sus. Accueil très pro. L'espace extérieur est sympa (nous étions 10) mais impossible d'y rester pour discuter un peu vers 20h30 à cause du chien du voisin d'en face qui ne cesse d'aboyer! Fenêtre fermée on ne l'entendait plus!!!
La route pour se rendre de l'hébergement au centre historique est assez longue et surtout très sale comme le reste de la ville d'ailleurs! Mais là, le propriétaire n'y peut rien!

We arrived later than planned due to a delayed flight so it was 11.30pm when we got there. This wasn't a problem and we were met with a smile and showed around. The room was really clean and comfortable, spacious enough for 4 and we slept well. Breakfast was simple but good and we enjoyed the garden.

Really nice guest house just about 15min walking out of the central area. Parking lots are always easy to find in the area around the accommodation, mostly just in front of the place and free( within white lines) . Mobil check in is great. Nice balcony. Room is spacious. Mostly quiet.

Close to airport, clean spacious room. Even though we arrived a bit earlier than expected, Roberto helped us check in remotely and helped book an airport transfer for us. Able to park nearby for free.
No lift, stairs to walk up to room if you have luggage be aware. Check in from 3pm is a bit late compared to most places.

Very clean, lovely interior. Everything was living up to our expectations, so I can confirm the positive reviews. I also felt very safe as the place is properly locked. Roberto from the reception was very helpful in providing all the tips and recommendations we need!

The room was a walk from the centre. The plumbing in the bathroom left a lot to be desired.The room was spotless and the owner was very helpful.You are able to sit outside.

Beautiful, clean, and cozy apartment 15 mins walking from the city center. Helpful staff and easy parking directly on the street in front of the property. Ideal for couples :)

Roberto and his wife made you feel instantly welcome. Very large room, all spotlessly clean, nice beds and bathroom, quiet neighborhood, nice part-shaded front garden with tables/chairs. About 10 min (4-5km) from Olbia airport. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay, also with family.

Only tiny recommendation: suggest put a small table or chair in bathroom to put your toilet gear etc on.

We stayed at 4 places around Olbia. And this was by far the best accommodation.
The host was so kind and the rooms were just adorable. It had everything and more. The location was perfect as well.
The room was so clean. The AC was perfect without a sound. And the check out times are the best. The real bonus were the windows which you could close fully without seeing any sunlight.
Maybe for couples it's not the best stay. Because our room was attached to the hallway and people might hear you there. But if you're ok with that it's not a problem.
