We were very pleased with this home. It was roomy with lots of seating for watching football and movies. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were roomy and functional. There was lots of room in the kitchen, with an island to easily serve appetizers and buffet. The hosts were very responsive and there were good directions for TV, lighting, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location was excellent!

Beautiful home. It was just the right size for two couples. The property is a great area and located close to everything you need. We really enjoyed the downtown bars and restaurants in Gilbert.

Jessica and Greg were great to work with. This home is in a quiet, very nice neighborhood. Exactly as advertised. We had to bring thanksgiving to AZ due to our son being an RA, and not being able to come home. They accommodated all our requests and we had an exceptional weekend with our son. We highly recommend Caldwell County barbecue, Cooper’s Hawk winery, Spinados pizza, and the culinary dropout was a lot of fun as well. We also found an amazing public Pickleball court about 10 to 15 minutes away and went every day. Gilbert downtown restaurants like culinary dropout, and Postino are literally five minutes away. Thank you so much for making our holiday weekend special! Will be back for sure!!!

My parents were in a mess with flooring renovation. I looked for something nearby to get them out of the mess, yet give them the comfort and privacy they needed. This place was perfect. Well appointed and very clean. My mother said that the sheets felt like butter and she was impressed with the fact that the hosts supplied the home with everything she could possibly need. I will certainly keep this one in mind when we have groups of out of town visitors!

This home is immaculate, very tastefully decorated and the host most thoughtful. Everything we needed was there, we did a little cooking of meals and the kitchen was well equipped even with spices which was a surprise for us. We did not use the pool but it is very inviting! The home is conveniently located and backed up to the venue where we attended a family wedding, it was nice to be so close! We all gave this home high praise and you would not regret a stay here I am sure.

We stayed here for12-nights in October. House was very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. TV in all 3-bedrooms. Neighborhood was neat and clean and we felt very safe walking our dog each morning and night. The heated pool was a big plus for us. We old people like warm water. Back yard was neat and clean. Location can't be beat. Less than 2-miles away, you'll find the 60-Freeway entrance. Also, a Texas Road House, In-N-Out burgers, Chick-Fil-A, a Dunkin Donuts, and a super Walmart. "Life Is Good" If we return to the Gilbert area, we will defiantly try to rent this home again. No complaints, Perfect place to spend your vacation. This was a beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future. My daughter got married at Colby Falls so this location was great and it was perfect for her to get ready in before the wedding. You may not know this, but you have kittens. Thank you again! This house is absolutely amazing. The photos do not do it justice. This house is hidden in the Gem of Gilbert, AZ. Very peaceful and quite neighborhood. So much to do for children and very spacious. The neighborhood offers a community playground with shade kites so the equipment doesn't get hot on the summer days. There is a beautiful walking path in the neighborhood with built in workout park equipment. The house is very spacious and perfect for a family of 5. All the pool toys you could want are in the garage. Pay for the heater in the cooler months. It is so worth it. The house is located in the perfect location. Your tucked away in the suburbs of Phoenix and out of the riff -raff, but yet still close enough that a evening night on the town is a 20 minute drive. There are so many cute hidden gems in the city of Gilbert to. Be sure to go check them out.

This is a great spot in Gilbert, we had a great experience staying at this VRBO. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it. The pool has lights for night swimming and we really enjoyed that extra time in the pool. The home is clean and well stocked with extras such as spices, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, and the like. Instacart and uber eats also serves this area, so we were able to have groceries and meals delivered when needed. Highly recommend.

Very easy to find. Very well located for what we wanted to do. The house felt like home as soon as we moved in. Neighborhood was very clean and people were friendly. Did not use the pool. The owners were good to work with. Would stay there again when we come back out.
