Schönes Appartement mit Nähe zur Altstadt

Die Nähe zum Meer und zur Altstadt waren prima. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist sehr gut und der Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Zeitpunkt der Reise. Schräg gegenüber war eine Baustelle, die von morgens 07.15 Uhr bis abends 18.30 Uhr (2 Stunden Pause) betrieben wurde. Der Lärm war unerträglich, da Fundamente aufgebrochen wurden. Gleichzeitig herrscht sehr viel Verkehr auf Kreta, der dann auch laut ist. Wen das nicht stört, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Grand appartement bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter Hania

Le logement est très grand avec un équipement très complet. Tout le confort est là. Notre hôte nous a offert quelques spécialités que nous avons appréciées.

De gros travaux de construction masquant la vue sur la mer étaient en cours.

Fabulous apartment in Chania

We had an amazing time at La vita Classica. The apartment was spacious and super clean. The interiors are very well curated and you will find all new and perfectly working home appliances. The hosts are friendly and they helped us when we needed info or any other requests. We will definitely come back!

Excellent host and beautiful apartment

Excellent host, beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment, great location. We had everything we needed. The host even left local wine and Cretan Raki for us. Exceeded our expectations, highly recommended!

Perfect holiday home, 10+/10!

The appartment was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Everything was in good condition, the kitchen was well equipped. The appliances were first class and efficient (air conditioners, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine…). We have stayed at several Airbnb or booking.com destinations and this was the best ever🤩 Communication with George was effortless, he answered messages in seconds.

No complains, everything was perfect!

An excellent experience all round. We would go back any-time. Chania is wonderful.

Excellent location. A residential area with snow-capped mountains at one end of the street and blue sea at the other end. There are three choices when you leave the apartment: one to the newest part of the town which has shops like Zara, one to the beach with lovely fish restaurants and one to the stunning Venetian harbour and the old town. All are about a ten minute walk. The apartment is really attractive and well-equipped. It has washing powder and softener, dish-washer tablets,tooth-brushes and wash-mitts as well as toiletries. There are even dominoes and marbles for any children. There is a large balcony with seats and tables. There is also a clothes airer and pegs which were very useful. Everything was beautifully clean. It is on the second floor but there is a small lift for moving luggage. The host came to hand over the keys even though it was nine o'clock on a Saturday evening. He took the time to show us routes on the town-map he provided and texted us the following day with a list of recommended places. He could not have been more helpful and made it clear that we should contact him if we needed anything.

Exceptional

What a fantastic place. The central location was great for meals and nightlife but also a brilliant base to explore Crete. Excellent location, right outside the old town, and a 2’ walk to Nea Chora beach. Calm and peaceful even though in a central location. Exceptionally clean. George, our host was fantastic. He gave us an insight of chania, restaurants and secret spots to visit. Modern with a fresh interior, Spacious and comfortable. Will stay again!!

What a wonderful apartment!

What a wonderful apartment! Perfect location, just outside the old Venetian port, and just 5’ walk from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and the balcony has a lovely views! We where sorry that we couldn’t stay longer , but we will definitely come back!

George was so helpful. He went out of his to help us with transport, dropped off beach towels and e even offered to stock the fridge for us. The apartment is very clean and has toiletries provided.

Sea, sun and cocktails

Everything is perfect in this appartment! You have a very large living room and three very nice and quiet bedrooms. The appartment is equiped with everything you need and even more. The beds are very good, the area is perfect (100 meters from the sea shore and 200m from the venetian harbor). The appartment is cleaner than clean and Georgios, the host, is a young guy very nice who cares what you feel about his appartment. If you are a normal person, this appartment is probably better than yours.

Great experience

Very spacious and clean apartment with a large balcony and nice sea view. Loved the location, 5 minutes walk from the Old Port area (restaurants, bars), but in a quiet, residential neighborhood. George was a great host, very helpful and responsive.

No invoice

Despite ~6 reminders and assurances from the owner, he did not send an invoice for the stay and stopped writing back. If you need an invoice - stay away.

Great time. The very end of October, during the half term means things are winding down in Crete.

Great communication with owner, George throughout. He gave us plenty of very useful information regarding restaurants and places to go to during our stay.

Nothing. The apartment is just outside the old town with easy walking distance to the historic centre.

Exceptional

The apartment was near the sea and the center of Chania. It looks like in photos. The host, George, was very kind. He waited for us at the airport, he helped us to rent a car and he gave us a lot of useful information about Chania and the west part of Crete. Thanks!

It would be perfect if there were two shower cabins in the apartment. But we knew it exists only one. So, this is not a complain.
