The Staff called me when I was arriving to give me an update on the room. They also let me know that the bistro wasn't going to be open. As well they were letting me know where the key would be left.
The room was very dusty. The ensuite was also unclean. The air conditioner / heater didn't seem to heat at all and it was a cold night, I felt that the I should have been informed at the time of booking that the venue was under repair and not open at the time I was wanting to stay.
