The reception staff were the highlight of my stay. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff made the overall experience much more comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located for KLIA 1 and KLIA 2, which is great for travelers.
The main downside was that my room had no window, which made it feel a little dark and less spacious. It would be nice if this was made clearer when booking.
Overall, I had a good stay, especially because of the excellent service from the reception team.
