I don’t know what to say - the check-in was at 8 pm, at night I wandered around the hotel in search of clean linen. This hotel used to be better looked after. many Indian tourists arrange alcohol parties here -

Location is good(close to most of the attractions). Staff is cooperative. Non expensive and steady deal.

Value for money.
Room was neat and clean. Exactly as shown in the picture. The owner/caretaker guided about local sightseeing and shopping. The bed and mattress was super comfortable.
The washroom door was not getting locked. Washroom was a bit small but manageable.

Beautiful hotel nearby everything in Udaipur, friendly staff, rooftop terrace
Rooftop not well maintained, we changed our sheets again after checkin, but it was without any problems

Very poor
No breakfast not even give water moreover by mistake i paid twice and when I asked them for CCTV footage they denied it.

Superb place to stay
Honestly I cannot say a bad word about this place. We first arrived in Udaipur and wanted to find a safe clean budget-friendly place to stay for a few days, We found it here. Parvat and his family was so welcoming and we were astonished at how well built and clean the room and building amenities were, My partner and I had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a super clean enjoyable stay. The aircon room was perfect kept the room super cold, water was hot and in good supply, bed was huge and comfy. Location was superb and was a short 1 minute walk from the pedestrian bridge and located in the heart of the old city. Few from the rooftop was spectacular and at night we watched the bats fly across the city as the sun set in the distance behind monsoon palace, truly amazing. Would highly recommend this and will be back for multiple stays when I return to Udaipur, amazing stay well worth the money and the price is fair. Lloyd Bryant from Australia 35-year-old male.
