Super room, spacious with two double beds and kitchen. Location is perfect for Plymouth. Right at the top of the town and an easy walk to the Barbican and Hoe Sea Front. Very friendly and helpful host.
Also there are washing machines in the basement. wonderful if you are traveling for more than a week.
Lock box is easy when you know how. First time can be a little confusing. If you come by car its a bit a=of a challenge to find parking. Fortunately we came by train

The bed was so super comfy, and the room was nice and spacious. The staff were brilliant, so lovely and helped to find me an iron to iron my shirt before a wedding. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Plymouth! The flat was very well presented with most of the amenities needed and expected (other than iron). Shampoo, shower gel and soap were provided in small pots. Both checking in and out was fast, simple. I would recommend it if you're looking for a bit more space than your usual hotel room.
The automatic lights for the toilet and hallway were quite annoying as it meant whenever my partner used the toilet at night the lights were visible from the bed and woke me along with the automatic fan in the main room which kept me awake. The room was quite warm and I couldn't find how to cool it without opening the windows, which meant the Hustle and bustle of the main street could be heard.

it was very roomy with all you needed in it.
Parking was hard as to use the street was pay parking for around 20 pounds and machine broken. I rang and was given parking around the back in a private area for 10 pounds. I struggled to find it, the man who owned it saw me so took me in, got me parked then helped me in the back way but being on a crutch, the back steps, stairs etc were hard even with him carrying my small bag. Leaving I couldn't find that way again so had to walk round the block to find the park. Its only with my restricted mobility it was extra hard but that was why I chose a place with parking and a lift.
