We liked the lovely roof terrace where we sat out reminiscing about old days.
We liked the thoughtful touches in the kitchen.
We loved the really comfy beds.
The location was very central but in my room overlooking the street there was the constant sound of a generator and intermittent drilling all night long. As a single parent, I was so looking forward to a great night's sleep but this didn't happen despite the comfy beds. I closed the windows to keep out the noise but it didn't help. My friend who had room next to main bathroom was also kept awake by the noisy extractor fan outside her room. For this reason, we wouldn't stay here again.
So don't forget your ear plugs.
I also think that the £250 security deposit was rather steep. I host an Airbnb and we don't charge this to our guests.

We loved the roof terrace and large living area and kitchen
It was very noisy with traffic, so very disturbed sleep, especially as we needed to have windows open, probably better if this is not needed

Convenient for one night stay in Plymouth
Very noisy outside. No tea towels or kitchen roll. Not enough wine glasses for 6 people.
