Clean property, great location, friendly staff

A lovely stay where everything was pristine and clean! Great location from Stratford International and Fish Island. Would happily book here again!

The only thing was how thin and springy all the mattresses were! I tested all ten beds and none were comfortable but were fine for the one night I stayed there. The mattresses need replacing

Very good appartment in excellent location

The location is excellent: 15 minutes from the Westfield shopping centre and underground, and only 5 minutes from local shops. We got clear instructions on how to find the keys in the nearby key lockbox. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Some amenities and toiletries were provided. The building was very secure and quiet. The weather was very hot during our stay, and the apartment was quite warm as well. Two fans were provided, and they helped a lot.

We could not open the balcony door to cool the apartment down because the handle was missing :-( The appartment needs some maintenance to be perfect.
