1. Owner is a really friendly gentleman helping me to open the door even I arrived late around 22:30
2. Room is lovely, cozy and quite.
3. Owner friendly helps for any request even he cannot speak too much English
Room & bathroom heater is not powerful enough.

They were extremely kind and great. It was too easy to find there. They can speak in English very well and it was not hard to make a communication.
The room was comfortable and it has big balcony.
