The room was nice and was made twice a day. The hotel was nice and well maintained! And the personal was exceptional! From the cleaning lady to the buggy drivers ! Willing to make your stay unfortunately!

The pool and the pool staff were really great. The room was pleasant, clean, and comfortable.
Because the hotel is built on a steep hill, you pretty much need to take a golf cart up to your room. I have no issue with resorts offering room shuttles, I’ve stayed at several where it worked seamlessly. Here, however, it sometimes felt like they were doing me a favor just by picking me up. Additionally, while it's advertised as a spa resort, there isn't really a proper spa; the spa area looked quite underwhelming.

מלון מהמם ומיוחד, הבריכה כיפית ושווה מאוד, יש חוף צמוד למלון, הצוות נחמד ועוזר בהכל. תהליך הצ׳ק אין נעשה בצורה יעילה ונעימה. כל בקשה שהייתה לנו נענתה במהירות ובנעם.
הארוחת בוקר מגוונת ועשירה אבל האוכל די פשוט וסטנדרטי.
החוף הצמוד למלון כיפי ויש מיטות ושירות לאורחי המלון אבל קרקעית הים מלאה עשבים יצא לנו לבקר בחופים יפים וכיפים יותר באי.

The buggy rides up the steep hill to our room, views out over the Med, bathroom products, breakfast options and evening buffet options are all fantastic value for money. The beach is also lovely and you are well looked-after by the one member of staff by the beach loungers all day. The swimming pool is a great size but the pool area felt a bit too hot/dry/arid compared to the nicer breeze down at the beach - personal opinion! The half-board package is fantastic value for money and I’d highly recommend doing this versus paying 4-5x more in individual restaurants at the sister hotel.
