The location .The staff. At the bars, at the restaurant, the cooks and the animation team . All very professional.

It was great for the kids. The slides, the swimming pools, private beach and nightly entertainment were all wonderful! Kids club staff were amazing ❤️

1. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Could not fault them!
2. The pool and kids slides were great for families
3. The breakfast buffet was extensive, well presented and great for everyone
4. They provide a clothes line on the balcony which was extremely helpful
1. The rooms were very outdated
2. The bathrooms were not representative of a 5 star hotel. There was mould and grime everywhere and the mirrors were delaminating
3. We found several ants in the bathroom and two spiders in the bedroom along with spider webs.
4. The property is so large that if you have a disability it’s almost unbearable to walk to your room. You need to call for a buggy each time
5. In order to get a beach towel you have to walk to the beach (which is not connected to the hotel) and give them a towel card. If you do not give this card back you get charged €20. To return the towels, you have to go back to the same towel kiosk across the road.
6. The pool, slides and towel kiosk do not open until 10am so children are left waiting on the sunbeds to be allowed into the pool which was inconvenient to say the least. They close at 6pm even though it’s still daylight
7. The location is too far from everything
8. The buffet breakfast labels were in English and a different language (not Greek) to cater to the majority nationality visiting so it was very confusing
9. You also have to wear a wrist band for your entire stay in which the reception staff clip onto your wrist when you check in. It is so the staff can identify guest levels and inclusions associated with your booking. I found it degrading and not private
