Avoid at all costs photos on request

The apartment was musty, filthy dirty , in need of major repairs and improvements. Flooring dirty and needs replacing chipped in numerous areas,, blinds in lounge broken, settee gone in middle so only 1 seat in whole apartment. Bathroom dirty, toilet not cleaned behind seat hinges etc, taps covered in limescale shower doesnt work properly had to wash using a jug !!!!, looks like uts not been cleaned in months, bedroom damp patches on what only can be described as 30 year old wallpaper that's peeling off the walls, bedding very old smelt awful had to go and buy sheets to sleep in. Plug sockets in bedroom loose when upu plug into. Entrance hall filthy smells.like an old house that's not been used in years, downstairs flat played loud banging music till gone 4.30 am. Holiday let from hell... wasn't worth 50 quid let alone 209.pound. should be ashamed taking people's hard-earned savings to pay for this.

Will not be staying there again

It was reasonably clean. quiet at night time. And near to shops and a few eating places. Tea towels and bath towels were appreciated.

So much...No shower curtain, broken shower tap. Basin tap that didn't work properly and flooded floor if you were not really careful. Only one tiny frypan and one very dirty oven pan to cook in. Sofa very uncomfortable to sit on though no idea what its like to sleep on, i could go on!!! could do with some shelving in bedroom and bathroom to put toiletries on and at least a chair in bedroom to pop your dressing gown or stuff on and maybe hooks on back of doors.

Lockbox outside so very convenient to get in

The bed was awful, the shower was not a lot better, the sink in the bathroom did not seal or run hot water. The TV did not wok either, flooring very tied.

Great find in Poole!

Compact and bijou apartment which was ideally located within walking distance of my friends house and lots of shops etc!! Clean and had everything that was needed - will be booking again with the family!!

The facility was well placed, clean, and well equiped - very pleasant

Picking up the keys was easy with the code. It was easy to communicate with the owners. The appartment was very clean and well equiped particularly the kitchen area. Flat screen on the wall - excellent.

The settee is not comfortable at all. The two sides slide towards the centre and you have the impression that you are sitting practically on the floor. I would have liked a "normal" chair somewhere, but that's me.

Good location - comfy beds and nice decor throughout. I

The location was good and the kitchen facilities were good. Liked the outside garden area. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and heating available. Parking not too problematic outside on street.

The apartment wasn't that clean - hadn't been cleaned behind bedroom doors etc. A little shabby in that the kitchen counter was chipped etc. The shower was in very poor working order and not that clean - the shower door and frame needed a good scrub/clean. The shower door/unit was not very stable and the door came off during our visit which could have been dangerous. We did contact hosts to advise but they said it was possible to "just put it back on" - we didn't as it was heavy and we left it standing in the kitchen - hence the bathroom then became quite wet to use when showering. The shower unit needed a complete overhaul and replacement!!

Good

Good location, nice sized rooms. Washing machine & tumble dryer worked very well. Comfortable beds. Nice courtyard. Large wide screen tv!

Heating temperamental, shower very hot! And cramped in bathroom room. No front or back door curtains/blinds. TV tricky to operate well. Some noise from paint shop next door. Also when tenants moved in for one night in the flat above, could hear on stairs etc.

Overpriced, overhyped, neglected and underclean.

I really try to avoid giving bad review when we use accommodation. We always look for the positives but on this case I have to. Firstly, no, I haven’t contacted the owner directly because having checked the previous reviews most of the points have been raised and apparently ignored. This apartment is not as clean as it should be with tired and well used utensils. I will attach photos of the black mould in the shower cabinet and ceiling (bathroom still doesn't have a working lock). The oven is so filthy it could not be used without a thorough chemical clean so our guys had to buy take-away which negates the need for self catering. See photographs. There are no towels in the deal but this is not obvious as they advertise all linens which could be taken as towels and bedding so that needs to be clarified before you book to enable you to take towels. We travel the country using many many accommodations and this is only the 2nd time in 17 years that there were no towels and the first time we were made aware and took our own. The cleaning ladies turned up today(our guys should have been at work but had popped back) saying we were told you were out today. At first we thought they were possibly there to clean for us arriving but no this was to clean after our stay. The double glazed units are all failing causing condensation in the windows. This flat need some serious maintenance and a thorough clean. For over £120.00 pounds a night I would expect much much more.

Could of been cleaner no lock on toilet door or bedrooms either parking nearly impossible

The car mechanic kept chatting over the garden fence and the staff loitered outside and were very nosy Also they parked in my space

location was good.

the first impression. dirty stairs and some of the items were not available but subsequently provided. the sofa bed is strained and the hall did not have a curtain.
