We liked the cosiness of having a bedsit. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious.
We didn't like the lack of storage for clothes. As we were staying for a week a bigger wardrobe would have been useful and a small chest of drawers either side of the bed.

Welcoming hosts, and always responsive to queries. Good facilities, perfect for our stay. Great location for getting around the area, with enough essential shops and places to eat in close proximity. Surrounded by nature, especially enjoyed the bats doing circuits of the garden in the evening. Plenty of food for them with many species of moths to be found.
Can be a bit tricky getting out of drive.

Location. Shower
No mirrors apart from bathroom cabinet. Very dirty mugs, windows cannot be opened or seen through, no slabs up to door so you have to walk over grass which could be muddy if rained, had to clean kettle as very scaly, lots of plugs on extension leads with no sign they have been tested for safety. No lights leading up path to door ourside
