Great value stay, loved the building as it was super quiet for sleep along with the black out shutters. It was walking distance from train station as well as metro station. It is a residential area and next to a bar cafe which was convenient. We used the Garbatella metro station which was under 10 minute walk. We didn't use the shared kitchen much while there. For a last minute trip, it was very good. I do recommend it if you are on a budget and don't mind the commute. The subway was very easy to use and you are only a few stops away.
The Wifi. It was very weak so if you are a remote worker, this is not ideal. We also had some bump communication at the start but resolved quickly. They also rushed us to pay the city tax fee which has never happened before, but I still would stay here and recommend it.

Excellent location, close to the Metro. Clean and comfortable.
Sharing the apartment with strangers was a concern but actually turned out well.
Initial access to the property was confusing, as I was unable to phone the manager.

Very confortable bed and air conditionned room. The room was spacious
The first night, the occupants of the adjacent room were a little noisy. I suggest that some rules are posted the the common area regarding noise..

Clean, good kitchen and windows, laundry machine
noisy every time people walk outside and close to the room. Wifi is too weak and slow, tax is not included for original booking fee and you need to pay at the checkout, which is not that cheap

"It was really good staying here, its not close to the tourists attractions, but its very easy to go using metro, its Garbatella metro, from there you can easily go to all attractions, very quiet area,..."
