The apartment is very conveniently located and has everything travelers might need for a short stay in Bologna.
Not a problem for us, but the building did not seem to have an elevator.

Great bed, and spacious room. Location was great and convenient.
What passes for breakfast is ridiculous. The hosts leave cookies and packed pastries from the supermarket, a tiny portion of milk and some yoghurt and call it breakfast. They didn't even leave enough coffee pods for the whole stay, they were supposed to restock breakfast, but we sleep in during the time they made the room, so we didn't get any breakfast the next day.
They wrap some sliced bread and a few slices of cheese in cling film and expect that to be acceptable breakfast, not even a toaster was available.
Not accommodating of a reduced mobility person. I asked if there was an elevator, was informed that there wasn't but it was just on the first floor - I had to take the stairs. In old buildings' style, the first floor means two full stairs, corresponding to almost a second floor. Turns out the building was equipped with a chair lift, but I wasn't given the option to use it.
Asked for a basic things as a shower stool for reduced mobility, denied.
