Good stay. 1mins walk to towers and close to all historic sites. A lot of restaurants around. Easy to take bus to bologna central station. sound insulation is so so. But compared to the location and convenience. It is ok.

Since check in calling us to see what time we arrive because they leave
Ita a building with siftent rooma in it lobby on the 1 floor , had to carry suitcaaes thru stairs first, room with other romms on 3 floor
Its not q prper hotel its like a hostal
They dont do your room in the mornings
We Will never atay there again

We loved this this accommodation! Situated next to the Two Towers, but not at all touristy. Lovely reception/breakfast area. Very helpful, friendly staff. Sophisticated but not pretentious atmosphere. Would definitely return/recommend.

I absolutely loved our stay here. From the pre check in available, to the location and the staff, everyone and everything was wonderful. I’m just annoyed we only stayed one night as this place is perfect for a longer stay. Will definitely book here again.

Had a nice stay , staff were very helpful & pleasant , nothing was to much trouble.
Only problem i had was with all the keys we had , & having to open various sections all the time

The place was great. Very convenient location, easy walking. The room was very clean and spacious, The food was great. So much to choose from for breakfast or snacks. Most of all, the staff was amazing!! They were always available and so helpful and upbeat - each and everyone we talked to throughout our stay. We had to leave before the breakfast time for a flight and they packed an awesome bag full of food and drinks they left in the refrigerator for us to pick up on our way out. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!’

The room was a nice size and big bathroom! The mattress was just ok a bit hard. A little spruce up in paint and deep cleaning baseboards would be great. I would stay here again.

Great location. Steps from Piazza Maggiore and two towers. Near many restaurants, coffee shops. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Typical Italian breakfast and very good.

I loved everything about it except the keys -- having to carry several keys around with one is a burden. The other thing I disliked was the online checkin, which turned out to be cumbersome when traveling (not always easy to access WiFi).

Great location only issue is street noise which the hotel
cannot really do anything about. That is just how Bologna is these days. But the place is charming and worth a try.

We've stayed for 1 night at 051Suites in the heart of the old city of Bologna. The location is great - just next to the 2 towers. The appartments ate clean and comfort and the dining area is very well equipped with coffee machine, fulll kitchen, pastries and drinks. Note that the parking is 300m away from the appartments and costs 24 Euro.

The hosts have made this such a whimsical decor. Very unique with so much character. Front desk was exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious. I wished I had stayed longer!! Surpassed expectations.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean rom, good breakfast and the staff was great. The staff was helpful with everything, from places to eat, things to do and how to travel in Italy. I simply loved Bologna and if I ever go back, I will definitly stay here!

The hotel is super well located, the rooms are very nicely appointed and super clean. The greatest feature of this property is the staff are amazingly friendly and genuinely helpful which makes you fell very welcome and at home. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

The staff is so incredibly welcoming and helpful!! And the reception area is that of fairytales. The location is also amazing. It was so easy to walk to all the lively, touristy areas. It was also next to an amazing gelato place!

We really love this hotel! The staff are incredibly kind and professional. The location is perfect! It is right next to the two towers and just a two or three minite walk to Piazza Maggiore. I would definitely stay here again.

What a gem! A beautifully modern updated room in a great location in Bologna. We parked our vehicle near by (where the hotel recommended) and then walked all over. So much wine (and snacks) and food in Bologna, walking is perfect! The room was clean and perfect! Also have coffee, tea, water, and snacks all day/night are a nice touch. All staff were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. All spaces were very clean; clean enough to make us feel comfortable in these "covid" times.

Great Location right next to the Towers. We did Breakfast once BC we had a food tour but everything had was good to very good, croissants n chocolate croissants. Room was large, beds were comfortable, bathroom was large and clean

We had one night in Bologna. The room we booked was quite spacious, and right in the center of town. Bologna is dirtier than Florence, but still has a lot to offer. The proprietor was friendly, helpful, had a nice continental breakfast for us, and ides on what to see in the local area. Parking was not hard, we did have to navigate to the lot, and hat was through tight roads,

There is no better place to stay in Bologna - located right in the centre of the old town with all the sites and restaurants within 10 mins on foot. Service is sunny, friendly and effective. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable and, unusually, with an access to a common seating room. Tasty continental breakfast and WiFi included.

Fantastic location, very clean room which although fairly basic had modern bathroom, large wardrobe area and comfy bed. The rooms are situated off a secure lobby area where there are 24 hour refreshments, drinks, snacks. Breakfast and check-in are on a separate floor. excellent breakfast and delicious proper Lilly coffee (one of my pet hates is a hotel that only serves watery filter coffee) Very helpful and informative hosts at check-in.

Beautifully remodeled B&B and in a perfect location. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but very nicely furnished and spacious rooms. Staff was lovely!

Hotel Location is near the university. Rooms are in very good conditioned and it’s not an old hotel. The only thing is the reception is not 24 hours, it’s from 8am to 8.30pm, so if you need to check in after 8.30pm there will be problem. After 8.30pm you have to use a few keys to open a few doors to get to your room.

The hotel was ideally located with a really good comfortable room. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive and breakfast was typically Italian, great coffee and cakes.Bologna is well worth a visit, lively but not too busy, and Modena and Palma can be got to easily by train. Some really nice restaurants and bars are in the town and there eat lots of places to see in easy walking distance.

It was a great choice of where to stay. Right in the centre. quiet road so no issue at all with noise from people or cars. Great service, great room, great breakfast, just a really nice guest house. Would 100% recommend to anyone going to Bolgona. Front door on main road with a buzzer. Go up the stairs to level 1.

This is a very interesting, non-traditional property. The Hotel occupies two floors in what looks like an office building. When you pull up, it isn't obvious this is your hotel, but the directory allows you to buzz the staff. Once buzzed in, then you take the elevator to the breakfast/welcome room, then there are rooms on 2 floors. The staff is very nice and helpful, everything is very new and modern. The bed perhaps a bit firm. Breakfast and 24hour available tea/cookies were all very nice. The property is almost directly next to the two famous towers in Bologna, and a 5 min walk from Piazza Maggiore, so the location could not be more convenient. You need to understand that this is a noisy part of town, regardless of any hotel you stay at, so you might bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I'd return here.
