We cycled to the guest house and were able to keep our bikes in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were basic but the beds were clean and comfortable. This is a good, cheap stopover for cycle tourers & backpackers, it is a short walk (+ free ferry) from the centre of the city.

Relatively close to the city centre of Amsterdam (by foot it takes you around 30min.). You'll need to take the free shuttle boat to get there.
Near the hostel there are plenty of paid parking spaces that are less expensive than in the city center.
It has the basics: bed with pillow and blanket, toilet with toilet paper, shower (wear flipflops), but no towels.
The property is not that clean and the lights in the room are quite harsh. Not the best blankets, but for 1 night it's OK. If you're a person that likes it clean and fresh, this is not your place to be.
