The property itself was fine. I had a fall in the adjacent restaurant that left me with a slight concussion. So needless to say that wasn’t the fault of the Rooms25.
I would recommend the hotel for anyone needing a quick couple nights before a cruise. Amsterdam was beautiful.

Check in was easy, room was clean and hotel is in an excellent location. A little noisy at night as it’s on a popular canal. We rented bikes and had some issues and the staff was no help at all.

The wifi signal on the 4th floor was non-existant to the point that we had to go down to the lobby to use it. There were several lights in our room that were broken and or didn't work. The breakfast "buffet" was not a buffet - only about 5-6 items (not worth 19 euros). We were there in summer, and while it was warmer than normal for that area, there is no air conditioning in the rooms which made it uncomfortable to relax or sleep.
