Ok, but could be improved

Lovely guest house with so much potential. Naledi and Tumi provided wonderful customer service and were always helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious, but the furnishings could be improved. Easy access to chobe river, shops and national parks.

The supposedly Deluxe room has a bed that is too small according to my standards. The towels in both booked rooms were brown and worn out with holes, which is very unprofessional and unhygienic. The standard double room (room 2) is also very tight. Grotty, mouldy, flooding shower. Poor drainage leading to shower flooding. Shower door too small and was a tight squeeze to get in and out of the shower This was apparently reported to the owner before but is still to be fixed. We got lost trying to find this place, as the direction provided on booking.com is wrong. We wasted about 30mins going around the area which we eventually found by asking the local people. Could this be amended please.

Generally the Flowertown facility is good.

I liked the quality of the rooms at Flowertown. They are spacious and clean.

There is a need for professionalism in everything. A uniform for staff can change the whole atmosphere. There is also a need to improve responsiveness.

The rooms were functional and good, wifi was available everywhere in the guesthouse. The breakfast was fresh and homemade (but small). The staff was nice.

The booking was full of trouble - instead of the first night, the full amount was charged by booking, and only with the help of booking.com the overpaid amount was rebooked. When we arrived, they had forgotten the entire booking (and the prepaid amount of the first night, too). At last we were able to stay there and they accepted the prepaid amount, but it was an embarassing discussion. They aren't organized well.
