Four nights at the Greenland Hotel and I have nothing bad to say, which almost never happens.
Check-in took five minutes. The room was spotless. The bed is the most comfortable one I've had in this price range, full stop.
What actually won me over was the staff. Someone at the front desk noticed I'd been out in the heat all day and had a cold drink waiting when I came back. Housekeeping gave me extra towels on day one, then just kept doing it without being asked again. I've stayed at fancier places where nobody learned my face.
Breakfast had fresh fruit, decent coffee, and eggs made to order instead of sitting under a heat lamp. The wifi held up through two video calls from my room, no drops. Location was walkable to everything I wanted, and the one time I needed a taxi, the front desk had one there in about thirty seconds.
The only thing I can even mention is that the AC hums a bit on its highest setting. I switched it down one notch and forgot about it.
I've paid more for worse rooms and worse service. Next trip, I'm booking here first.
Nothing at all!
