Cleaniness Excellent
Supplies had everything you would need.
Wash up liq & Sponge for washing up.
Pods for washing machine.
teabags, coffee, milk sachets.
plenty blankets, pillows, t towels & bath towels,
iron & iron board, hair dryer, clothes airer, washing machine,
Kitchen had hob oven microwave toaster kettle.
Bathroom very clean and plenty of toilet roll provided.
Tv can log into your own Netflix & prime.
Host good with communication. Instructions left for rubbish & where shops are etc . Excellent instructions for self check in.
Location great under 10 mins walk to town.
Apartment is a lot bigger than pictures give impression of. Plenty of room.
Terrace
lovely terrace to sit out on with table & 2 chairs.
Beds
Bed in bedroom & sofa bed both doubles but bed in bedroom was quite hard & bit lumpy. Thick mattress topper would solve this.
Lighting
Out front light - Some evenings came on & other times not. When didn’t come on was abit dark walking down the couple steps to front door.
Out back - terrace area has no outside lighting if want to sit out in evening.
Bedroom - lighting quite dark. Whilst has plenty of lamps really needs a ceiling light.
Lounge - No ceiling light or lamp where table & chairs are to eat so bit dark
Key
The big key for front door was bit hard to open door from inside to get out.

Very comfortable room with very good appliances, very clean and close to the centre of Lemington
Only issue would have been a walk in shower, and not to climb over bath

Overall a pretty good experience. Super good and friendly communication, really great location and it matched the pictures fairly well.
I am pretty sure the apartment has mold... This was a major negative factor for me. The air was really heavy, no matter how much I aired out, and the provided sheets and towels had a slightly moldy smell. Despite keeping my stuff in my suitcase and only staying for a couple of night all my clothes ended up smelling, I had to throw them all in the washer upon return home. For this reason alone I would not return to this place.
