Comfortable enough and good location but cleanliness a little disappointing.

Good location for centre of town.

Noisy from 7am both mornings shop below wheeling metal trollies up and down pavement for an hour or more. Crockery and cutlery needed washing. 3 mugs, one cracked.

spacious and clean, everything you needed in a nice area.

if you touch the walls you will end up with all white on clothing and the doors slam a lot but no other problem.

100% worth a Stay

The apartment was ideal , clean and close to the town.

There wasn't much but maybe a bigger bed as not used to sleeping in a double bed.

- not clean; the bed sheets and towels had stains on it - noisy; the windows are not insulated - no shamphoo, shower gel, etc... - no net curtain

I do not recommend

Absolutely nothing! As I travelled for leisure and to have one or two families visit me. More reasons I booked two bedrooms.But I was shocked with the message I received from the host. Which I'm going to copy and paste. Hi , glad you now have access. A message to all guests once check-in has been completed: - Due to the private entrance and access to the building, the hallway is a shared space. We monitor the hallways in line with our safety protocol. We are a family friendly service and pride ourselves in maintaining the upmost security and safety for our guests. As such, the following rules are adhered to by all guests: 1. All deliveries are to be met and collected at the front main door of the building; 2. Visitors, general third parties, or non guests are strictly prohibited from entering the building at any time; 3. This is not a party destination, unless we've been notified before hand and approve, we do not tolerate additional persons being given access to the building under and circumstances; 4. The front door must be closed shut after use at all times; We do have a security patrolling unit on our sites but ask guests to adhere to these policies for your own and other guests’ security. If for any reason - guests allow persons not permitted into the building; it will be questioned and will also run the risk of being asked to leave with your reservation being cancelled without refund. We implemented changes due to an alert by bookings.com about the potential misuse of short stay rooms which came to light in 2022. Since then we've worked closely with our partners to tighten our policies. It's a strict zero tolerance policy that has worked really well with our guests which is evident in our 5* star reviews. Phew! Now thats out of the way.. Please enjoy your stay with us at Marvel Apartments

Lovely family stay in Leamington Spa

Location is perfect within walking distance to city centre. Apartment is very neat and clean, check instruction is clear and timely.

Just minor, I wish the apartment has microwave!

The location was great, the flat was very clean and Sam's instructions were very easy to follow. We really enjoyed our stay

For the price and location it’s worth it. But if you want comfort this may not be for you?

Great location. the car park just across the road is very handy. the price was also good for 3 people. Sam who helped us get in was really helpful and very friendly. the shop downstairs was great with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

the main bed was a little uncomfortable however this I know is personal preference. the place did need a really good hoover. my bed sheets had stains on. in all fairness while this shouldn’t happen I only noticed this at 11pm when getting into bed so the staff wouldn’t have had a chance to do anything about this had I asked which I am sure they would have.

The doors had swollen so wouldn't close properly but this was probably do to the heat.

Great location for a short walk to town and the bowling greens for the English National Finals.

Excellent communication from the property host and good advice on where to park the car for free. Nice and clean. Good layout in main bedroom with a good size TV. Excellent shower.

A lot of noise from the shop downstairs. No coffee and only a little sugar on arrival so had to purchase some more. Kitchen area could do with a Microwave.

Excellent location, all the parks, shops, cafes & restaurants in easy walking distance. Facilities very good, friendly staff & easily contactable to resolve any queries.

Unavoidable really, but the noise from the busy road & delivery vans coming to the Costcutter below was a shame.

Great location and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the shower and this was sorted very quickly with a plumber coming to fix. Very comfortable, clean and tidy.

Great location, Clean, Secure & Spacious

Apartment was located on the first floor (no lift) As it’s residential not a hotel. Nice location just a step across the road to Star & Garter pub, lovely food and drinks. A short walk into the town centre, plenty of nice places to eat/ drink and shop. Also a mini mart and cafe below. Apartment is one bedroom with separate lounge/dining/ kitchen. Clean, TV to lounge & bedroom. Plenty of room for suitcases, big 4 door robe. Smaller bed was fine looks to be a double. Good WiFi Iron/ ironing board Hairdryer Washing machine (no powder provided) Large fridge/ freezer No tea/coffee just sugar provided Cooking Utensils/ kettle / toaster Bathroom good size No air con just a couple of fans Has heating Secure complex Can be a little noise of people coming home but overall most nights were quiet. Owners are excellent anything you need,any questions you have nothing is too much trouble. Very detailed instructions on how to get there/check in etc as well. In all a great stay.

Some basic tea/coffee sachets and long life milk would be nice when you arrive after a long trip. Can be quite warm with just the small fan on hot days
