I thought that steve ( the owner) was absolutely brilliant - just the owner a guest house should have - polite, good sense of humour, and nothing was too much trouble for him . he even recommended various places for us to go. we loved it that much that we have rebooked for Christmas. The breakfast was delicious he even asked if we wanted any more tea / coffee, toast.
I was on the top floor, ( there were 3 flights) I have mobility difficulties , so climbing the stairs was a challenge.

Wow where do we begin it has to be with Steve, we were down for our little girls 3rd birthday and the man went above and beyond guy took in balloons we had to order and also some chocolate treats for the little lady which she was buzzing with, who doesnāt like chocolate for breakfast šš. Absolute legend of a manš the b&b is absolutely spotless beds are more comfortable than some 4-5 star hotels we have visited and his breakfast isnāt bad either top top B&B in Blackpool and will definitely be back and happily recommend to others we had the best time made even more special with one man thanks Steve love the Mandersons
