Comfy bed rooms were spotless
Turned up at the hotel no member of staff was on reception, we sat and waited for an hour to be checked in we rang the bell and there was no staff in there apart from one person, the hotel it’s self was nice just the checking in was bad

Great location great value for money
Was a long walk up the stairs to the family room. 3 stories up. Internet wasn’t the best as the boxes kept disconnecting.

The property was in a great location, seemed very central (rough area but can’t have everything). Room was clean and plenty of tea/coffee. Host was lovely and polite. Loved the little toiletries.
Loud banging from the window. Smelt quite musty downstairs. Needed some TLC and the bathrooms need modernising - it would make all the difference.
