The cottage was of an exceptionally high standard, the location was excellent being right on the river. Such a pretty garden area for relaxing or having something to eat. It was perfect in every way.

An impeccable property in a beautiful location with everything we needed for a pleasant stay! 10/10

This immaculate bungalow was just perfect for our family. With all the amenities, from the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, to the washing machine, free WiFi, barbecue facilities and access to the pool and patio, you simply will not find better value for money. Located in a peaceful area, with friendly locals and in close proximity to Mandurah where we needed to be. We loved having the luxury of a backyard right on the canal where we enjoyed the beautiful calm and gorgeous sunsets. Kathie and Annie are exceptional hosts. Their warm hospitality and thoughtful attention to detail, including welcoming us in person, a complimentary bottle of wine and the towels shaped into little birds on the beds, made for the most enjoyable and relaxing stay since visiting Western Australia almost twenty five years ago. We hope to be back at Kannie Kottage really soon!

Having to return to Melbourne... We loved everything and did not want to leave. Thank you Kathie and Annie.

Top of our list of happy places (after home) and we can’t wait to go back again.

A beautiful cottage for a quiet getaway. Tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Great location for the waterways and with restaurants in the area. Hosts, Kathie and Annie, were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable.

Lovely stay and perfect base to explore South Yunderup and surrounding area

Loved our short break at the Kannie Kottage. Owners Kathie and Anne are both such lovely ladies that make you feel very welcome and are knowledgeable of the area so lots of good information of places to visit. The granny flat was tastefully furnished with everything you could need for your stay. At the rear of the property was a stunning area of the waterway. Looking forward to revisiting in the warmer months.

Canal living!

The owners allow you to use the seating area at the front of their property so afternoon drinks on the canals is a most do 🥂🍾 especially when the sun is out ☀️

Very relaxing at a beautiful place to stay managed by two very friendly accomodating ladies.

We were met by one of the owners on arrival and she was so lovely and showed us inside and around the property.

The Kottage is the perfect base for relaxing and exploring the area and with wonderful hosts too.

Lovely hosts who couldn't do enough for us, cottage had everything needed and was clean and comfortable. Good location with lots of walks in the area and cafes. Would suit couples and small families with a heated pool available too in the warmer weather. We will definitely be returning to stay again thanks.

Main bedroom bed was a little soft for us but still quite comfortable, we will try the other bedroom next time. Some wall marks and minor buckling of blinds were unfortunate damages from other guests but could be attended to to keep everything smart but just a minor distraction.

The owners Anne and Kathie are very friendly and welcoming, the Kottage is very clean and comfortable, we got to relax and really enjoy our stay there.
