About this house rental
Homely accommodation with 3 bedrooms. Queen size bed, double bed and single bed with trundle underneath.
Comfortable sofa with TV and DVD player. DVDs for children and adults.
Washing machine and washing line.
Patio with BBQ and outdoor setting.
Lovely walk around Mandurah Country Club.
Park at end of street with swings (and often a kangaroo sneaked out from the golf course!)
temperature controlled instant gas water heating.
Evaporative air conditioning
Short walk to Mandurah Country Club for keen golfers.
We ask guests to respect the neighbours during their stay. We do not do bookings for school/Uni leavers, large groups or parties. A cleaning fee of $100 or more will only be deducted from the bond if the house is not left in a clean state.
Close to estuary with boat ramp and beaches
Within walking distance to estuary.
Great for fishing and crabbing.
Plenty of storage space for your boat and 3 minute drive to Mary Street boat ramp.
