A great place to stay in Phnom Penh

The staff were so friendly and helpful, good breakfast, nice restaurant, clean swimming pool. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

A suggestion: Please install a clock near the pool bar so visitors can check the time without having to get out of the pool!

An Absolute Tropical Oasis In The City

Upgraded on arrival to a beautiful suite, it was so lovely we booked to stay an extra night. A real boutique hotel in a lovely neighbourhood close to the airport. Lovely tranquil atmosphere with a pool surrounded by plants. Breakfast was excellent and served in a great setting. Room facilities were top notch, even included a bottle of wine.

It’s not that we didn’t like it but you can hear the planes from the balcony after all it is an airport hotel :). You did not hear them in the room.

Very beautiful hotel

Such a beautiful location. Felt like a spa. We only stayed one night but the feel and vibe was lovely and the pool was beautiful

A very relaxed and enjoyable stay catered by very good staff and management.

Very impressed with the room style and size, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent. The staff and management are excellent. Very helpful, friendly and courteous. Located very close to restaurants.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel. It would have been great to have a gym, although I knew it didn't when I booked, so that is by no means a complaint.

Классный дизайн отеля и номера, удобная кровать

Комфотный отель с классным дизайном. Подходит для ночевки недалеко от аэропорта. Завтраки очень даже неплохие для шведского стола. Отличный кофе! Персонал очень доброжелателен.

К сожалению никакой звукоизоляции в номерах нет. Слышно все что происходит в коридоре, соседних номерах и на улице. Но ночью было довольно тихо, так как район совсем не тусовочный.

Short stay.

A beautiful hotel located a 20-minute drive to the airport. A real gem of a hotel. A little oasis in a busy street. However, can't hear any noise or sounds from the streets. Good size room, with a balcony over looking the swimming pool. Good breakfast is served as well. Highly recommended.

Can't fault the hotel at all.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sarina very much and would recommend it to anyone staying in Phnom Penh.

The hotel, with its greenery, fish pond, and lovely swimming pool was a wonderful oasis in the city. We had a private outdoor balcony that was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or drying off after a swim. The excellent breakfast buffet included eggs cooked to order, and all of the staff was wonderful.

Our sliding bathroom door was heavy and often got stuck, and we would have liked to have an iron available for our clothes.

the breakfast was good

so despite sending them my flight details they had all the wrong info and it took 3 calls before they picked us up. then we had a flight the next day and despite showing the guy on reception the flight and time they ordered the taxi late. then i had asked in advance for recommendations in advance for a restaurant- and they said they would advise us on arrival- when we arrived they had nothing prepared and the restaurant they told me about was shut. really really really poor all round. oh and i sufficient air conditioning meant none of us had much sleep- terrible!

It is quiet and its like ambiance. The hotel staffs are very accommodating and friendly.

The room (201) air-conditioning unit is not so cold even if it was set on coldest setting. Might needs to be cleaned it's inside unit's filter. A little bit far from shops and restaurants. Restaurant is not serving meals. Only snack.

A pleasant stay in Pnomh Penh

Room was spacious and nice. Wifi worked well. Front desk was attentive and tried to get us in the room early. A few restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

The street outside the hotel was not conducive to walking.

great location for the airport. small comfortable hotel with a good quality breakfast. nice pool though it doesn’t get much sunshine. rooms excellent with very comfortable bed. I will stay again if in the area.

perfect hideaway

the hotel is a little gem away from all the buzz and noisiness. nice place to chill, pool and rooms are a fabulous. very friendly and helpful staff to make your trip and stay comfortable. breakfast is a treat to get your day started. very recommended. thank you, Betti and Max.

since the location is a bit outside of the center, you need a vehicle all the time to go around. takes about 20 min. with the tuktuk ($2,50) to the main places.
