夏のロックフェスで利用しました。海浜幕張から電車で10数分ほどですが、最寄駅からすぐでロケーションが良く良かったです。東京方面へのアクセスも良く、コスパ良いと思います。
2泊したのですが、朝食バイキングが全く同じメニューだった点が少し残念でした。殆どのお客さんは1泊が多いとは思いますが、一部だけでも料理のメニューに変化があると良いと思いました。

安かった。駅とコンビニが近い。朝食は小さめだがビュッフェスタイルで良かった。チェックイン前でも荷物を預けられた、朝8時。エアコンと空気清浄機があった。アイスペールの貸し出しと製氷機があった。ランドリー設備があった。線路に面していたが音は気にならなかった。寝具は清潔感があった。タオル（大・小）や寝間着があった。ベッドにコンセントとUSBポートがあった。
WiFiの案内はあったがなぜか接続できず利用できなかった。大浴場があったが案内がなく利用できなかった、部屋はシャワーのみ。朝食のお店が2カ所あったようだがあとから気づいた、案内がわかりづらい。本館と新館のレイアウト図がわかりにくい。小さな置き時計があり、一応動いてはいたが秒針が破損していた。部屋は狭い。

The location is everything about this hotel. And a free breakfast included for the affordable room price is a great value. Staff is helpful and polite. Can’t beat being right next to the station with an attached convenience store. Parking was also affordable.
Beds are HARD. Rooms are smaller than you’d expect, barely room for your luggage. It’s not the cleanest. Comforter had a few stains and shower did as well. Breakfast is….. well, it’s free. It will put sustenance in your body. We skipped it on our second day because after having it once it really didn’t call us back for more, watery scrambled eggs, room temp drinks, etc. Reserved a room for my child and myself but pillows and towels were only provided for one person because I guess children don’t count as guests? They questioned me when I asked for another set and TOOK THEM AWAY after they cleaned the room so when we arrived back from Disney late at night we only had one pillow and one towel again.
