The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to resolve any questions or queries that we had. All the hotel staff were most helpful and so happy.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, clean with good facilities ( even a kettle). Breakfast was good with hot food cooked to order.
Hotel was close to main shopping street and the promenade. Hotel has parking in a private car park and there is parking on street but very difficult to find.
We would definitely recommend.
