Fell in love with this charming boutique aparthotel. Super clean, great rooms and balconies, the pool area is great. Heated pool. Everything was perfect.

Nice place, the pool was amazing and the breakfast as well.
The staff was super friendly.
The room was very dirty, we couldn’t walk without shoes on because our feet would get so dirty. I also have a 1 year old baby and he couldn’t crawl on the floor because of that, so he was getting very upset.

Clean rooms, looks good on booking and seems inviting.
Luxury rooms looked to be luxury. Is this a good thing or bad as they are not as expected.
No hot water had to report this twice had maintenance come over to sort this twice on a four night stay. Weather was cold so expected the water to be warm to help with feeling cold and wet. Paid for luxury and drawn In to this with the big bath, the tap was very very slow and would take at least 2 hours to fill only the to find the water was stone cold.
The hill climb to luxury rooms makes no sense of luxury. The towels changed once which were hard and tiny were not luxury. The tv didn’t work. The views were not luxury. Highly disappointed with the staff after speaking to them raising concerns there was no compassion just oh it’s bad weather. No staff around to help with luggage up the steps and hills to the rooms. The weather wasn’t the issue it was the accommodation.
