Room was spacious, great balcony. Beckham is an excellent guide for bird watchers and more generic nature lovers as well. Speaks good English and very kind.
Other staff was very welcoming and kind as well.
Room is 11/10, I could not recommend any more.
Lots of activities to chose from, or you can just chill on your balcony and listen to birds.
Transport can be pricey, check taxi services as well before requesting transfer.

Beautiful location. Tasty food. The guides they booked us were fantastic, we did a night walk and day tour of the national park.

Location to national park. The surrounding gardens and lake. The restaurant area. The food and the flexibility in what we ate for vegetarians. Good seating areas. Breakfast was very good and served from 5.30 was ideal for those going to the national park early.
The room was very basic. Lack of furniture to store our clothes. We had to improvise by using the top of a table and chairs. The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. Lack of power points. Poor location of light switches. The worst aspect was the bathroom area. It was full of black mould and it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. The shower water pressure was very low and the hot water kept switching off. The shower needs to be urgently replaced. No mirror in the bedroom and no power point in the bathroom
