Location is excellent - lots of things to walk and discover around and easy to get a Taxi and go around the city. The rooms are super spacious, very clean and quiet - the bedding is super comfortable and the staff is welcoming, warm, and speaks great English.
The rooftop pool is perfect to sunbath or swim - if it’s not raining !
Breakfast has many options and food is qualitative. I have been several times to this hotel and will keep it my go to for my trips

We were travelling for a month and it was lovely to have the space that the 1 bedroom apartment provided. It was clean and housekeeping was thorough. Breakfast is good, a mix of western and eastern offerings. The rooftop pool is fantastic and is open until 10pm.
There are plenty of places to shop and eat as soon as you walk outside of the front door-the basement of the mall where McDonald’s is located has some great options. A special mention to Ell Yao on reception who went out of his way to sort out a few Taobao orders and also booked some football tickets for us using his own phone as I couldn’t access the mini programme-thank you very much.
We paid an extra charge (it wasn’t a small amount) for an extra bed which we were disappointed with. It was extremely hard (not just firm, rock hard) and I asked if they had a softer option but they didn’t.

The Fraser suites is a dream!! I could absolutely not get enough of that roof top pool, its the most relaxing feeling hanging over the infinity pool and looking over the park and the skyline it was the end of my one month rough holiday and i was rejuvenated, they also allowed me to check out one hour later, brekkie was good, staff were nice and the suite was incredible it had literally everything, including a washing machine and a dryer, bath tub, nice views, comfortable bed.. it felt very luxurious!

The facility is excellent
Staff in the breakfast area made a scene about taking a banana to the room. The breakfast is early and it is not pleasant to rush it, so my husband and I took a banana each to go. For the price of the breakfast one pays you can eat for a week in my country. We checked out before the breakfast on our last day and we're told we could not get a refund for it. We were not offered any 'breakfast to go' either. Pathetic service from a supposed 5 star hotel
