See my attached map with correct route.

Beautifull place with nice view and quiet surroundings. Very kind personel.

It is hard to find right route to the hotel by car and navigation. Do not use google maps.

Décevant , mauvais rapport qualité prix

L’emplacement , mauvaise literie , pas de frigo dans la chambre , les portes ne ferment pas correctement du coup on entend tout , mauvais isolement . Nous sommes parti plus tôt que prévu

Soggiorno guastato dalla musica alta a tarda notte

Posizione molto bella, staff gentile.

Siamo stati svegliati a mezzanotte dal volume della musica techno di una festa che si svolgeva nella struttura dell'albergo. Praticamente siamo stati svegli due ore e ci siamo rovinati il sonno. Sinceramente se avessimo saputo della festa, avremmo cercato un altro alloggio. Trovo questo fatto molto scorretto: ti arrivano degli ospiti per una sola notte e sai che ci sarà una festa a tarda notte con musica a palla e fai finta di niente?? Bastava semplicemente avvisare e saremmo tornati in un'altra data. Per questo motivo, la recensione è negativa e non torneremo.

The location was beautiful in the mountains! It was far off BUT the staff was very helpful and drove us everywhere! Loved it! The restaurant was AMAZING (!!!!!!)

This restaurant-hotel is a living paradise in Mandello del Lario, everything is perfect in it. But first you need to get there from the bottom of the village, since the hotel is located at the top of the village, there is no bus there, only a taxi is possible. I walked upstairs for 30 minutes, but with suitcases it is not easy, somewhere there were paths with stones instead of asphalt. But the hotel staff drove us back down by car, perhaps you can arrange a transfer with them in advance. Near the hotel there is parking, a children's area and even a trampoline. The building is surrounded by a hilly area, and its restaurant and terrace offer amazing views of the mountain, where you can have breakfast or dinner with this view, or in the evening relax with music and street lights with a good view as well. We had a room with two beds, a bathroom (necessary hygiene products, towels, hair dryer available) and a balcony, everything was comfortable. Very polite and pleasant staff. I was sorry that I spent only one night there. Breakfast was also included in the price of the booking.

What could be a great stop is let down by a few key points. Driveway and comfort.

Beautiful view from the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountains. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location: Be aware that the driveway down to the hotel is very steep with loose gravel. The exit road is a different route but has a sharp and narrow exit onto a hairpin at the end. I would not want to go down there in unpleasant weather conditions. There are no local amenities unless you walk down to the lake - it's about half an hour with the odd dodgy road section but not too bad. Rooms: We had a 3 bed room which was of a decent size with a few windows showing a nice view. The bathroom had an unpleasant blocked drain smell which meant we had to make sure the door was closed at all times. We got up early to leave due to timing, however we were happy to get out of our beds having been unable to sleep. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, whilst the two pillows in our room were both completely different - one a thick rectangular block of hard foam and the other of a thin and soft variety. Whilst this seems to be more of a locals / hikers retreat which I'm certainly not adverse to, these beds were excessively uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, excellent food. Perfect place to stay for a visit to the Moto Guzzi Museum.

Beautiful lush greenery for views very helpful and friendly staff clean hotel plenty of parking

Signage to property was poor even with sat nav was tricky to find. Music playlist in diner needs to be changed more often. Room in mansard extension no lift

Great friendly staff, most beautiful location, great food in a restaurant, very clean and comfortable rooms. Playground for the kids is very useful. The surrounding view is gorgeous!

Lovely hotel, warm and friendly greeting

Great breakfast, They gave us a complimentary ride to the station. Nice room

Location was way out of town. There was no guest lounge area to sit inside the hotel if the weather is bad.

Bedbugs and smoke smell are what you will find in first 10 minutes of your stay. Door lock won’t give you any confidence.

Amazing hotel in beautiful mountains

Everything about our stay was amazing! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and cosy and the food was great. They serve the best Tiramisu! The mountain view from the terrace of the restaurant cures the soul. We will definitely come back!

Perfect stay at the mountain !

The hotel is in an incredibly beautiful place. You open the Windows and can see an amazing view of the mountains. Clean and comfortable. Great staff! The water in the shower is warm and with great pressure. We could Park the car in front of the hotel. Good breakfast, delicious cappuccino. We highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant, it has the best polenta we ever had!

The road to the hotel is a little difficult. Make sure to take the road that is not so narrow.

Nothing similar as the pictures, it is like a really bad hostel. Price-quality awful. It is overrated for what it is. Definitely there are a lot of places at the town with the same price o cheaper

The hotel is located in a stunning location, surrounded by mountains and beautiful views. Very tasty food, amazing dinner.

One moment I was upset, it was cool water from a hot tap, it didn't work out to take a shower

Beautiful

The location is beautiful, our room was perfect for what we needed with a lovely view from our balcony. The staff were all very friendly and the on-site restaurant was delicious. ps thank you to the lady who served us both nights (who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of) for the delicious negroni. 100% would recommend!

great location with a great view, very close to the train, highly recommended using a car.

the service was amazing, we had trouble with the car rental service so they picked us up from the train station, also during the stay they helped us get to the train station and back when needed.

unfortunately the beds are not so comfortable

beautiful setting, the restaurant is very good and the staff are friendly.

only thing is the road to the hotel is steep and winding but if you are a comfortable rider not a problem on a motorcycle.
