Very clean room and beautiful gardens. Lovely breakfast each morning. Lucia was very attentive host, gave us lots of useful information about the area. Helped us with restaurant reservation.
Very good location, train station, near by ferry, beautiful little town centre. Everything we needed within a short walking distance.

Lucia & Luca are very friendly and made our 1-week-stay feel like having a second home at Lago Como.
The rooms and the house are beautiful and have everything you need. Breakfast was super tasty (also vegetarian possible).
Mandello is a great place to stay, as it is less crowded than other places around the lake and everything can be reached easily. The Residenza is just ~5 walking minutes from the lake.

Everything! Perfect position for train station and easy walk to lake.
Lucia and Luca are great hosts and Luca serves a great cooked breakfast to the already ample servings of Lucia. Loved the stay and loved Lake Como.
