From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice staying there.
Just a few hours before check-in, I requested a room on a higher floor, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my request in real time. I truly appreciated the effort and care they put into making my stay special. I honestly don’t mind paying top dollar when the experience is this worthwhile — having a beautiful view and waking up feeling happy and special is something I genuinely value.
The moment I walked into the building to collect my room keys, I immediately felt a wonderful atmosphere. There was something warm and welcoming about the place that made me feel comfortable, safe, and at ease straight away.
And then I saw the view from my room — absolutely breathtaking. It was even more beautiful than I had hoped for. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel relaxed and at home.
The location is also perfect. It’s within easy walking distance of Chinatown, lovely coffee shops, a gym, and IGA, which made everything incredibly convenient during my stay.
What stood out most to me was not just the beautiful room or the location, but the overall feeling I had throughout my stay. I felt welcomed, comfortable and safe
I’ll definitely be returning to Adelaide from time to time, and I already know where I’ll be staying. I would happily return to this hotel/apartment again and again. I’m also very grateful to the team for understanding my PREFERENCE for a higher floor, hopefully, they’ll remember me and my little preference for those beautiful views on my future stays!
Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience. I left feeling genuinely happy and already looking forward to coming back.

The fact that it was just arrive and collect the keys from a lock box was really convenient!
My room wasn't ready so I had to make alternative arrangements.

Room and balcony was spacious, beds were comfy
No internet
Had to use my hotspot everytime for the tv
The bathroom sink would not drain
The shower smelt bad when it was turned on
The shower would leak water past the glass
There was something sharp sticking up from the carpet where it meets the tiles near the kitchen area
Not enough towel for 2 people for a week (1 towel each)
