Comfy and homely. Larry and Linda are very friendly and helpful hosts who work really hard to make sure you have everything you need. Fresh cooked breakfast that you order the night before, and delicious coffee. Rooms are basic but have everything needed and all is excellent value for the price. Providing beach towels is very thoughtful. Great location.

Very clean and comfortable Good sized rooms . Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location, close in proximity go the prom and i parked right outside. Also i was allowed my little dog.
Stairs were a slight problem for me.

Owners very friendly and accommodating. Location you cannot get any better and reasonably quiet. Breakfast was good, you have to choose the day before. Slightly unnecessary but I kind of understand why. Would be better you just choose according to your mood the day you are eating. Maybe a slightly more choice would be good but I cant complain too much because quality was good.
Sadly the mattress for the bed is below average and that puts a huge downer on the stay. The mattress needs changing as it is that uncomfortable. It's probably the most important part of the stay, to have a comfortable bed. I get the rates are lower than average and standard is not high due to aging but change the mattress and that changed the score from a 6 to a 10. I am really sorry to moan about that but I travel a lot and it's so important, I don't want to feel springs in my back.
