Shower was good. Bed was good. Easy to get into the room.
Kettle unable to reach table from plug socket so had to submit on the floor. Fan broken. Very minor issues which didn’t really affect the stay.

How fast! They got back to us with the availability of the room. The fact that it was for a family there was four of us two adults, two kids. It was absolutely perfect.

Location
No internet access therefore unable to connect to WIFI for work or unable to watch anything on the television (also doesn’t have satellite) so unable to watch normal television paid £100 for the night to have no internet access. This was the same in a different room the first time I stayed I thought It would be a one off but not the case.
